Hi, I’m Annie, founder of Ms. Annie’s Waxing Studio and MSA Creative Studios. What started as a small waxing studio built on care, comfort, and craftsmanship has grown into a community that celebrates beauty and creativity in every form. At Ms. Annie’s, we specialize in personalized waxing using my signature biodegradable Chocolate Hard Wax, gentle on the skin, incredibly effective, and crafted in partnership with a women-owned U.S. manufacturer.

We believe waxing should feel caring, not clinical. We care about you beyond the waxing room, from how your hair grows to your overall skin health. We want every visit leaves you smooth, confident, and cared for.
